Uniquefit.io places great emphasis on protecting your privacy. We appreciate your trust and are serious about protecting your privacy.

This “Privacy Policy” describes how we/us “uniquefit” may collect personal information from users of our services, how we may use it, with whom we may share it, what choices you have regarding it, and how we protect it.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service document and we encourage you to become familiar with the information contained herein.

If you are a Uniquefit.io App user, when you create an account within the Uniquefit App, or a client’s branded App, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email and postal address, emergency contact information, and Other Information that you may provide within your account.

If you are a uniquefit customer (for example a gym owner, personal trainer, coach etc with end user clients using the uniquefit App) when you sign up for our Software Service, we ask for your company name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, tax code, and other information about your business, as well as names and email addresses of authorized individuals on your account. We also collect Personal Information about your customers that they provide to the Uniquefit.io services when they initiate a transaction or otherwise interact with you.

We need to collect Personal Information in order to provide the requested Uniquefit.io service to you. If you do not provide or enable us to collect the necessary information, we may not be able to provide the full suite of services. If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with any Uniquefit.io services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Consent

By accessing our website and any of the Uniquefit.io services, including if you are a customer or a Uniquefit.io App user, when you create an account on the Uniquefit.io App, or a client’s branded App, as defined in the Terms of Service, you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and that you accept and consent to Uniquefit’s privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Uniquefit’s Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice to explain our Services Information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service at any time. Uniquefit may change its privacy practices because of changes in relevant and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, the business or business practices of the Company, or in its attempts to better serve your needs. Where changes are made to our privacy policies we will provide notice of such changes via the applicable Uniquefit Service, and may communicate to you using the electronic contact details that you have supplied for your account, and a revised Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and can be accessed via the uniquefit app.

Gathering of Electronic Data

Once you, your Affiliates, or your End Users register to use a Uniquefit Product or Service you are not anonymous to Uniquefit.

When registering with Uniquefit, you provide personal data, which may include your name, address, contact details, email address, company name, and a password. When using one of the Uniquefit Services you may also upload photography, videos, and hold conversations, all of which will be held on a secure server to allow continued access to the applicable Product or Service.

You own all rights to the title and interests of your data, but you also grant us a license to use your data for certain purposes, for example, to improve our Products and Services, market our Services, or to provide you with complementary products by either us, or one of our partners.

Data Ownership

Uniquefit owns all right, title and interest in any data or information collected by Uniquefit independently and without access to, reference to or use of any of Your Data, including, without limitation, any data or information Uniquefit obtains about End Users through any of the Uniquefit Services will be solely owned by Uniquefit.

Uniquefit will own all Aggregated Data and may use such data for statistical analysis. You agree that nothing in this Agreement will prohibit Uniquefit from utilizing Aggregated Data for any purpose, provided such Aggregated Data does not reveal any personally identifying information about you or any End Users.

Data Deletion/Removal

You have control over the data that you have uploaded and may delete/remove this data at anytime. Deletion of all data is permanent and once deleted it can not be retrieved. You may also delete your account through the app by clicking on the 3 dots in the bottom menu and scrolling down to the ‘General’ area and tapping on ‘Unsubscribe’. Within the ‘Unsubscribe’ there is a single ‘Delete Account’ button, tapping this button will display a warning window, explaining that once deleted your account can not be retrieved. At the base of the warning window is a confirmation button, tapping this will delete your account and any data associated to you.

Data Retention

Uniquefit will retain your data for the duration of your account, once your account is closed your data is automatically removed.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser, enabling the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We only use cookies on www.uniquefit.io for analytical purposes, for example Google Analytics, which helps us to improve our websites performance, and for marketing purposes to help us to provide you with relevant content that may be of interest to you.

You can opt out of some of these services through tools like Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and Facebook Opt-Out.

How we use the information that we collect

In addition to the uses mentioned or described above, Uniquefit uses the information that it collects from or about you, your Affiliates and End Users to improve the materials, products and services that Uniquefit makes available through its Products and Services, to notify you of changes made to the our Services made available on or through the website (www.uniquefit.io) and via the uniquefit app, to evaluate your needs and customize content delivered to you according to those needs, to facilitate the processing of any purchases or uses you make through Uniquefit.io, to send you promotional material from the Company and some of our affiliates, and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes of the Company.

We may use your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, including:

To provide the functionality of Uniquefit and related support

  • To create and administer accounts, fulfill and record transactions, and to provide assistance, support and training (e.g., technical help, answer inquiries relating to Personal Information etc)
  • To send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding our services, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

We will engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you, with your consent, and/or to comply with a legal obligation.

To provide you with marketing and promotional materials and opportunities.

  • To send you marketing communications and offer other materials that we believe may be of interest to you, such as to send you newsletters or other direct communications.

For reporting and trending.

  • To better understand you and our other users, so that we can personalize and direct our offering.
  • For trending and statistical purposes to improve our services

We will engage in this activity because we have a legitimate interest.

To accomplish our business purposes.

  • To ensure compliance with legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, and for audit purposes to verify our internal processes function as intended.

To the extent that we process your Personal Information based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Other than to the extent necessary or convenient for Uniquefit to perform the Terms of Service, Uniquefit does not share information collected about you with third parties, except with regard to certain special programs that we offer in connection with some of our business affiliates, which may involve special promotions and/or pricing, and in which you are participating. Should you register as a participant in one of those programs, Uniquefit will acknowledge your registration and notify our applicable business affiliate of your registration, thereby enabling you to receive the corresponding program benefits. At this time, which may be subject to change in our sole discretion, it is our policy not to sell lists containing personal information about Site users, registrants or subscribers.

All information collected by Uniquefit is used for internal purposes of providing the Service, providing support to users, and to improve services. Aggregating non-identifying information supplied by users allows Uniquefit to understand its user base and to improve services.

We do not collect personal information from children

Children under 16 years old are not the target audience for Uniquefit. To protect their privacy, we prohibit the solicitation of personal information from these children. If you are under the age of 16, please do not submit your email address or any other personal information to us through any of our Services.

To protect your account information, please keep your password secure.

Use of Anonymous Information

We may create Anonymous Information from Personal Information by excluding information, such as your name, that makes the information personally identifiable to you. We reserve the right to disclose Anonymous Information at our discretion.

Protection of Personally-Identifying Data

Uniquefit discloses potentially personally-identifying, or personally-identifying data only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that need to know that information in order to process it on Uniquefit’s behalf or to provide additional services available through Uniquefit.

Some of these employees, contractors and affiliated organisations may reside outside of the United Kingdom, by using Uniquefit you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Uniquefit will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying data to anyone other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations, as outlined above.

We reserve the right to disclose any personal identifiable data or other information that we collect through our Services if we are required to do so by law or if we reasonably believe that the disclosure is necessary in order to:

Protecting your Information

Uniquefit places a high value on protecting information transmitted and stored through the use of our Products and Services. For this reason, we use carefully selected global suppliers that use PCI-DSS security solutions to process payments and to provide secure communication methods. In addition, we protect our data using SSL encryption. Uniquefit takes commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect customer-specific information transmitted via or stored within our Products and Services. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that information users supply to us will be totally secure.

Cross-Border Transfer

Uniquefit services are controlled and operated from the United Kingdom and are not intended to subject to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United Kingdom. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or where we engage service providers, and by using the Uniquefit you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence where such countries may have different data protection rules from your country of residence. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies or security authorities in those other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Information.
